I have a funny feeling though that the District Attorney is going to have a hard time following through levying murder charges against the Governor. Though technically their office has the power to do so. Not sure if the executive positions have any kind of qualified immunity.

It’s been suspected for months, but now we know the staff of the Governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo, the Democrat hero of the anti-Trump pandemic, nipple rings and all, was covering up thousands of nursing home deaths caused by his forcing COVID-19 positive elderly patients back into nursing home facilities, in order to make the pandemic look worse for the Trump administration and hurt Trump’s chances for re-election.
The New York Times is reporting that top Cuomo aides rewrote a report to remove the number of nursing home deaths, reported Just The News this morning.
The report had beenwritten by statehealth officials and contained the number of nursing home residents who passed away in the pandemic.
